Jesus has always been controversial! Even his own disciples were afraid of His power at times. It seems that everyone wanted something for themselves, but no one stopped to ask Jesus what He wanted.
Even today, most of us will "follow" Jesus to get something for ourselves. But who will truly "follow" Jesus? Being a true "follower" is about doing what Jesus would want us to do.
This is a thought that should change our day!
Troy, I think satan and his minions are very good at operating within the fleshly realm. When Jesus moves in to our fleshly world, things get really uncomfortable, really fast. That's my take.
