Gal2

If works could save anyone, then Christ's death was in vain. There are few things more offensive to God than the thought that somehow a man can save himself by good works. Paul made this truth blatantly clear in this letter. Faith in Christ alone saves. Saving faith is also a gift from God!

Work is the overflow of faith. Life requires heartbeats and breaths. Without these life is not life at all. In the same way, works evidence the life of faith. You can have works without faith, which accomplishes nothing, but you cannot have faith without works. Both ditches are a false gospel.

My prayer is that our faith would be evidenced with our works today.
