"You are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God!" This is a great promise for all who trust Jesus by faith. We are co-heirs of all of the promises of God.

Since we will inherit eternal life, we should live according to that reality. Our future is secure and our hope is solid. It is the daily grind that cause us to stumble. Will we live in light of the eternal promises or will we succumb to the earthly trappings. It is a tough battle, but one worth fighting.
